Do you ship locally?
Yes, all products are shipped from our US overseas warehouse.
When will my order be delivered?
Our standard shipping is 3-7 business days. All shipping time frame starts from the day it ships from the warehouse, which is normally 24 hours once the order has been finalized. Please be patient, our products are definitely worth waiting for.
What happens if an item is missing from my order or I receive the incorrect one?
If you received an incomplete or incorrect order, we apologize. In order for us to fix the problem, if this occurs, kindly get in touch with us right away at info@alloymantools.com.
What's your return policy?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in an original resalable condition. ALLOYMAN will offer you the refunds after we receive and inspect the items. Shipping fees, taxes, and other charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable. Please kindly read the Return Policy page.
What is the warranty term?
All ALLOYMAN and Bei & Hong goods come with a year's worth of warranty coverage starting from the date of purchase. The following are excluded from the limited warranty:
- Normal wear and tear from usage in accordance with operating instructions.
- Improper or unauthorized handling, maintenance, or overload.
- A human-made damage, etc.
Equipment and Accessories FAQs
How do I maintain my battery?
For the battery to operate at its peak performance, we advise completely charging it before use. When using your tool, try not to entirely drain the battery. This will cut down the overall power capacity over time. A battery should never be overcharged since it will be damaged and may develop defects. Please take out the battery and unplug the charger after it has finished charging. Aside from that, we advise charging the battery at least once every six months while it is put away.
What is the difference between a brushless motor and a standard motor?
The lifespan of brushless motors is 10% longer, they run 50% longer, are 25% more powerful, and they are more efficient. Additionally, they are lighter and smaller than conventional motors, making power tools small and portable.
Where can I find replacement parts?
In this shop, you can find extras and replacement parts. Please contact customer service if you are having trouble finding what you are searching for.
How long will the battery last?
When fully charged, the battery mini chainsaw can cut branches continuously for 30-40 minutes, charging time is about 1 hour.
