Order Processing
- Free shipping on all orders.
- We currently only ship to the US and CA.
- The processing time for orders is 1 business day. Please keep in mind that during holidays or promotion festivals (Such as Prime Day, Black Friday, etc. ), this time may vary. Thank you for your patience, our products are definitely worth waiting for.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us via info@alloymantools.com or WhatsApp for confirmation.
- Please note that we do not support shipping to PO Box addresses. Thank you for your understanding.
We will choose the best logistics for you according to your address, the nature of the goods, and other factors.

Standard Shipping:

- Canada: 2-7 d.
- Other countries: 5-15d.
Expedited Shipping:1-3 d.
Tip:The delivery time of accessories is between 5-15 days!
Except for accessories, we deliver within 3 days, but there may be some remote addresses where the fastest 3-day delivery is not possible. The fastest delivery time for some addresses is 5-6 days.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.
Damage Caused in Transit
If your Alloymantools order was damaged in transit, we will be more than glad to offer you a free of charge replacement, please contact our Customer Support Team via Contact us Form.
Please note that you will have to provide us with:

- Pictures of the damaged packaging.
